DESCRIPTION:
TEKNO KOLL HP is a cementious adhesive for “thicker” ceramic and natural stone. Grey or white, this is a premixed cement-based high strength, pure marble dust, selected silica sand, special synthetic polymers and special additives. This product may be recycled as an inert once expired.


CLASSIFICATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH EN 12004:
Cementitious adhesive for fixing Class C1 indoor and outdoor ceramic tiles.


USE:
TEKNO KOLL HP is a professional adhesive for laying every kind of ceramic and natural stone tiles. Suitable for indoor and outdoors, on all main supports used in building, including cement-based screeds and plaster, mortar or screed-ready ANTEMASS L. This product is particularly suitable for uneven bases or out-of-plumb walls as well as for laying drawn materials e.g. Tuscan Terracotta tiles or clinker, or uncalibrated materials e.g. split stone and natural stone in general. In ponds and pools, external façades, on cement-based waterproofing insulation like SUPERELASTIK, for laying large format materials (>30x30cm), on under-floor heated flooring and each time a greater adhesiveness and especially greater flexibility is required, mix TEKNO KOLL HP with synthetic latex TEKNO LATTICE HP. This will improve the adhesive to a C2 class and, according to EN12002 Directive, a ‘flexible adhesive’ (S1 class) or ‘very flexible adhesive’ (S2) depending on the concentration used. NOT FOR USE ON:
wood, metal, linoleum, PVC, rubber, non-rigidly fixed panels, precast concrete panels or smooth surfaces. On worn ceramic flooring, exclusively use TEKNO GRIP TE or TEKNO GRIP MAXI.

CONSUMPTION:
Depending on the flatness of the substrate and the shape of the tiles to be applied: using an 8 or 10 mm spatula 4 to 6 kg / m²; using an 20 mm spatula 6 to 12 kg / m². Consider approx. 1.40 kg / m² per mm of adhesive used.
