DESCRIPTION:
TEKNO GRIP TE is a cement-based adhesive with high mechanical performance, for professional laying of ceramic tiles of all types, with no vertical sliding, indoor and outdoor, floor, wall and ceiling. Gray or white, is a premixed cement-based high strength, pure marble dust, silica sand selected special synthetic polymers and special additives. This product may be recycled as an inert once expired.
CLASSIFICATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH EN 12004:
Class C2 TE improved cementitious adhesive for fixing indoor and outdoor ceramic tiles, with extended open time (E), high slip resistance (T).
USE:
TEKNO GRIP TE is a professional highly thixotropic adhesive for the installation of ceramic tiles of any kind and nature (including tiles in porcelain, clinker, terazzo, polished in-situ materials, glass materials, etc.) and natural or reconsituted stone, for flooring, walls and ceilings. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, on all the main materials normally used in construction: cement-based screeds and plasters or gypsum and anhydrite, lime mortar or screed-ready ANTEMASS L, existing flooring, etc..
Ideal for installation on private, business and industrial buildings, can also be used on under-floor heating, as well as in tubs and pools (small size only) and on cement-based waterproofin sheaths such as SUPERELASTIK. For special applications, please contact our technical department.
NOT FOR USE ON:
wood, metal, linoleum, PVC, rubber, non-rigidly fixed panels, precast concrete panels or smooth surfaces, insufficiently dried cement. Do not overlay on heated flooring
CONSUMPTION:
Depending on the flatness of the substrate and the shape of the tiles to be applied: 4 or 6 mm spatula approximately 2.5 to 3.5 kg / m²; using an 8 or 10 mm spatula 3.5 to 6 kg / m². Consider approx. 1.35 kg / m² per mm of adhesive used.
